Hello all,
I just completed my first build. 80cc from ebay (zippybike). Custom aluminum mounting brackets for engine and tank. Already found some good info in the forum.
Just 3 miles and I already broke the idler pulley.

Welcome to MBc. That's a great looking ride, you did a great job. I break stuff all the time. I've been searching for a thread for you for a cool quick fix. Some of us have used a derailure sprocket as a tensioner instead of the rollers that came with the kit. When I find it, I'll PM you or post the link here. Some people go without a tensioner http://www.motoredbikes.com/showthread.php?t=7091&highlight=tensioner&page=3 But sincers is new, your chain still needs to strech.
