hey there the cag engine is 44mm bore stock with 39-40mm(not very consistent) stroke which gives it it's 49cc displacement, the big bore that is, because their were many built as 43cc with the 40 mm bore 32mm stroke as mentioned, then there are the aftermarket kits witch are geared towards the big bore true 49cc versions.I've wanted to do a build with a pocketbike engine for a while now. I don't know if the big bore is actually a big bore I still think they're 44mm just with a 2 piece jug. Bore is 44mm and stroke is 32mm. You'd have to put it on a rear rack or weld a flat plate on the frame to mount it. Pipe is not included either so you would have to buy it separate as cloaked said you can get different gearboxes for them. You need a 415 sprocket because cags come with like a 25h sprocket.
Hope that helps some. imo they dont have the torque needed to turn big wheels very well and the clutch systems become a very weak point!
