Any mods i can do at home to my Hueshang 142f?

Yeah well had a couple of good days now the whole thing has gone to s**t. Think my bell is shot now clutch equally shot. Clanging clanking. Lucky I made it home . So now pretty well screwed. No transportation at a time that's it's absolutely vital. Ugh fml
That transmission is garbage. Save your money and buy a Gru🐝Bee 4G transmission. If you and your bike are 200 lbs or less and you live in the flat lands you can go as low as 16\1 on the reduction. Otherwise, you need a reduction of at least 18\1 or higher.

If 16\1 on 26" wheels 33 mph. If 18\1 on 26" wheels 29 mph.

When adjusting your carb you need a tachometer.
The screw with the green arrow is the idle adjustment.
The jet under the black plug with the red arrow is the fixed full-throttle jet.
The screw with the blue arrow is the no-throttle adjustment.

First, adjust the idle screw to around 3500 rpm. This will ensure the engine stays running. With no throttle adjust the little brass screw to the highest rpm. Then turn it back slightly towards the rich side to where the rpm just barely drops and leave it there. Last of all adjust the idle screw to around 3000 rpm.

Before you do any adjusting to the carb, check the valve clearance to make sure they're set right. Most importantly, use 100% ethanol-free gas.

Whether you can go to Grubee belt drive depends on what type
of shaft you have. Is it straight, stepped 15mm, or tapered? I believe
the Grubee design only works on a tapered shaft. First check what
type of shaft you have.
