Any suggestions for first setup

Hi all,

I'm new to the MB thing, but it looks fun. I'd really like to get something that is cheap and gets better gas mileage than my Jeep for my 3.5 mile trip to work. I'm just curious if the 80cc models on ebay will move my 325# fat bottom around? Anyone have suggestions as for setup, engines, etc..

I do have a mongoose hill topper I could put the motor on, but I like the looks of the choppers/cruisers.

How much of a hurry are ya in? Got money to burn?

Doing the reading here first will save ya time and probably money in the long run. For example, you'll find there really are no true 80cc kits and you might want to exercise caution with some ebay sellers as well.

Maybe a good place to start is by asking about one thing at a time, the one about a guy your size, the type terrain you want to ride and how much peddling you want to do. These are not motorcycles.
