Any Whizzer engine rebuilders on East Coast ???

Recently grabbed a vintage bike with a Whizzer Model J engine kit on it, off the back of a scrap truck. I live on Long Island, NY and am looking for someone to do a complete rebuild on the engine. I can handle everything else myself. Any suggestions ????

You didn't by any chance also see a dead body with that Whizzer on the back of that scrap truck too, did ya???...lol...lol.
I know that area quite well, I'm a former Masshole thats retired here in New Mexico now...They're still looking for Jimmy Hoffa ya know and that Model J is old enough to have been owned by him...lol.
