Hey yall, im new to these bikes and need some help with gas ratio.

For convenience, i would like to carry in my backpack a 6.4oz bottle of 2 stroke oil mix, so when i fill up at a gas station, i can pour in the mix and keep riding.

NOTE:
6.4oz oil mix to 2.5 GALLONS of gasoline = 50:1 ratio

My gas tank only holds 2.5 LITERS of gasoline, and i think 20:1 ratio is what i need for my 2 stroke bike engine?

Problem: how much mix do i pour in my tank when i fill up??

Use 30:1 or more, unless its in break in

You can do a quick google search and find an oil to gas ratio or premix calculator... It really takes a few seconds... no more..
http://www.premixcalculator.com/

I'm not going to be an as***le, so i'll just say 1.1 to as low as 0.8oz for a liter.
You may have to shake it around a bit in the tank. Dont fill it to the top.

Ok thanks 👍 Now just to be clear, im specifically asking about a 2 stroke oil that creates a 50:1 per 2.5gal gas

Edit: also there is alot of conflicting opinions out there on what ratio to use, which can be quite confusing 🤷

heres the pics

If you want 20:1 use 50 ml/L 125 ml for you 2.5 litre tank. If you want 25:1 use 40 ml/L or 100 ml for your tank.

What you want my head to explode? Lol

Here we talkin bout oz's...and here you come in with the ml's!

What ratio would you recommend? There doesnt seem to be a standard, so im assuming its all personal preference 🤷

Wait are we not looking for it in liters but gallons??

Also you can look up ML to OZ calculator too..

Mark gave a clear answer above.

The bottle of oil gives the ratio for 2.5 gallons. I was looking for a ratio conversion for my tank which is 2.5 liters.
