Do you have a prime account?

I have had a Prime account for many years now and have zero problems and always have no problem getting ahold of a live person and anytime there is a problem with an order, it is always resolved to my satisfaction.

I have contacted them on multiple occasions, you can actually chat with a real person and they've always been super helpful.

They've always been great for me, but I do understand that may not be reflective of everyone's experience.

I will say Amazon is great with customer service

I finally did get a number for them and spoke to multiple customer service reps. The number that I got, actually came from somebody ranting about them and explaining how to contact. If you look on their front page, there is no contact information. Click on customer service, still no contact information.

Usually if Amazon customer support can't help you can call the seller on Amazon directly. I've had them make things right too

Do you have any torque at low speeds?

Where I live it is very hilly. The motor is a stock China Girl nothing fancy at all but it is able to pull all the hills without any issue. The expansion chamber with muffler really helps the low end torque.

I will say Amazon is great with customer service

I notice it has been slipping lately with the AI trying to run the show. It can be a hassle actually getting to a person but once you do they are pretty good at resolving issues.
I've been buying stuff through Amazon for many years so I like to think I'm a preferred customer. Lol.
Some new customers haven't had such a great experience so I'm told.

I've return before that they said throw away which I repurposed into something else.
