Played around making a project box for some boards I purchased that I didn’t consider what to fit them in first lol.

But came up with this for a 32mm frame with zip tie grooves

    Bit robust

Hi, turned out pretty slick. Is that made from one of those poly fed spools? Do you also have scanning capability? bri.

You should have put your logo on it then you wouldn't need stickers like you mentioned in the other thread. ;)

Great work! Do you have the stl file available? I would love to print this for my bike, the air cleaner is just smashed against the seat post.

    HDPE if it is printable
PETG is a stable candidate, http://kmac-plastics.net/data/chemical/petg-chemical.htm#.Wuejc0xFy1s

Nylon and gas are not good friends. Have a outboard engine that the Nylon turned rubbery crumbly on. Replaced with HDPE and happy ever after.

ABS isn't to bad and given its at the end of the carb it should have a chance but time will tell

HDPE is available as a filament, ill check it out. thanks for that
