Anyone recognise this small 4-stroke engine

Bit of info:
-Troy bilt lawn edger, but the engine probably wasn't made by them (was it?)
-Power about 1hp
-Takes 90mL of oil
-No centrifugal clutch, shaft goes to belt pulley

Has anyone used one on a bike? Any good?

I believe it is a 35cc four stoke like they sell on thatsdax.com.
I'd love to visit Cork again.
We walked all over the place looking for Captain America's.

The cantilever crank is a weak point. They have issues with breaking the cam.Low power.

Its a troy built four stroke, you can see the oil drain plug on the end of the crankcase.not sure who actually makes it.could be any number of vendors.
