nope , the peice on the top right is a spark plug remover tool, and the bottom U-shaped peice is a mount extension in case you have a larger frame, and the black pads are there just in case you wanna put them in between the motor mounts to help with the vibrations, you should be fine, just keep them in case you need them for future builds.
