Back wheel won't move

Hey guys got a little problem. I just built my first bike and after I put everything on I realized that the back wheel won't move. Don't know why when I took the cover off to put the Chain on the Motor the clutch arm fell out of the cover I'm not really sure how it goes on. Really lost. If anyone could help that would be great thank you.

Are you pulling the clutch handle? The clutch arm only goes in one way so you can't mess it up, no force should be used pushing it in
