HoughMade, I love the look of your bike.....You did an excellent job, I wish someone with your skills lived near me to help me with a motor bike build. Did you ever consider the Franco Morini engines?

The Honda GX 50 or the Chinese clone of the 4 stroke motor is legal in California but the Morini at over 5 HP would not be.

You could probably get away with it as it is only 50 cc and a small
looking motor with one gear like the Chinese 2 strokes.

My mate is building a 50 cc water cooled Morini 11.3 HP on a downhill
bicycle. He may have it finished for the El Dorado meet on June 14th.
