BC gas bike laws?

Ive been checking out the ICBC site and somehow a 50cc gas bike doesnt fit into either a "motor assisted cycle" or "Low speed motorcycle." I was wondering if these are actually legal or overlooked or do the police even give a ****?

no "shameless bumps" should be needed after only 45 minutes. i know folks get excited when they join a new forum, but we stay pretty tight on procedure for good reasons...

take a look at the other existing topics about canadian laws, maybe one is relevant, you can continue in one of them instead of forcing them further back?
