Bearing issues

I haven't riddden my gas bike much lately. It needs a new back tire and the rear wheel bearings either replaced or tightened, the wheel is becoming very wobbly (you can shake it from side to side quite a bit). Can anyone tell me from these rather crappy pics if this bike has cone or cartridge bearings?

From that left side picture it certainly looks like a cone. If you take it off and check that all the balls are there, then clean and put new grease in them, you'll probably be fine.
