bending steel bike frame

I know there a way to bend steel, but I need to know what is best way to do it because i ask for my a cruiser bike frame has a two inch tire and 3 inch of clearance but i want to have a 3 inch fat tire to 4 inch fat tire depending how much i can bend the steel. I want at least 1/2 inch clearances for the 4 inch tire if you can help thanks.

I've used a bottle jack to do it before. an extra inch and a half of clearance might be pushing it but you should be able to get that 3 inch tire in without much trouble.

I agree. I wish I had done that to push my springer forks out a bit instead of crimping the edge to where the other fork tube was hitting the fender.
