I need a 4 stroke kit that can handle slight inclines.. will be used as a commuter bike for a mile ride between campuses and around town. Looking for under 500$.. preferably 300 max.
Bike is hard tail steel mountain bike with 17" clearance between bottom and top bar on a 28"(27.5?) wheel with a 21 speed Shimano. I am quite able to put the kit together and I'm good with mechanical assemblies.
