Best bike for kit!

What opinions do you guys have on the "best" bike that is easily found and purchased for a kit?

I am building a mountain bike now with EZ kit. The question could also be "which is the easiest." I am making a few modifictions to the frame of the mountain bike now but am looking for a cruiser for the next build.
