Best Motor For Price?

Give me the thumbs down sign huh? You asked for opinions and I gave one. Hope you get a speeding ticket in the near future!

Ok to be fair i was asking for opinions of Kits not a single motor, and i was looking at 66cc-80cc kits and you posted a 41.5cc

All in all i feel good about me purchase today i spent under 400$ got engine kit, CNC Mounts, MM OCC Sprocket Adapter, NGK Spark Plug, Chrome Purple Paint, and Pipe.

I would get the 100cc kit from zeda motor sports, only $150 with 2 dollar shipping.

Moderators Note:
Please be aware that Zeda Motor Sports and Robert Bianchi have nothing to do with Zeda itself which is a manufacturer of Zeda Motors in China.
A reputable vendor of the Zeda line of motors can be found at bicycle-engines.com

Stuffing the case is probably the least important thing to do and is kind of a pain in the ass for the amount of gain it provides. First thing id do is ditch the stock bearings and use a quality bearing like skf 6202. Then slip fit them to the crank and clutch shaft so future engine tear downs are easier to separate the case on. You can also mod the piston skirt on the intake side and ramp the pistons. Matching the case to the jug is a big help as well.

Looks like you have broken rings on that piston.
It looks like the rings are both still in place, man it looks rough! Tell us the oil and ratio and how many miles are on it. Almost looks like lack of lubrication that caused the plating to peel.
