Best solution of obtaining a boardie frame?

I am really surprised that none of you have started producing “board track style frames.” They are not readily available to the consumer & they are gosh-awfully wanted.

What is the best solution? Shipping a frame sounds cumbersome (a single). Will a local welder be able to brew this up? What hosts are you guys using? Cranbrook? Huffy? Does it matter?
