Best way to seal fill cap

I wouldn't put it past someone at my school to put something in th gas tank, that's why.

Personally, if I were a kid at school looking to sabotage a bike, I would either just cut the gas line off or puncture the tires...It is much faster and easier to do that with less chance of getting caught rather than taking the time to pop the cap and fill the tank with a cup of sugar...lol.

Mormons, Quakers, and Jehovah's Witnesses would be the last ones on the list to do an act of sabotage, If they ever got caught, they would be before their church's Judicial Commitee of Body of Elders to answer for it right after the school authorities, their parents, and cops were finished with them...lol...YEP, they actually still do this to their own miscreants...lol.

YEP...The so-called Latter Day Saints I have ever known have not been exactly "Saintly"...lol...But they DO fear their standing in their own church, hence their fear of the Mormon Bishops and Body of Elders...lol.

I sanded, and cleand the paint with purple power, then I laid a basecoat. After a few hours I'll lay down the clear.

Is it bad that I hated the paint looking the way it did, so I refused to take it anywhere until I painted it. I ended up riding my pedal bike because of it
