Best wheel size for a custom frame?

supposedly a 32 is the biggest sprocket that can be comfortably fit behind a 203mm brake rotor.

That is just flat out wrong, others including myself have quite easily and very successfully, with no fuss or bother, regularly install and use 36 tooth sprockets with our 203mm disk rotors.

Okay, changed it to 36 tooth. You can see how I misremembered.
