I've purchased at least 8 over the past 12 months. Of the 8, one had noticeably less power then the others but ran much smoother with less vibration. All have been reliable with no problems running at full throttle "all day long" with a shifter kit. Almost all kits had cosmetic defects, usually manifesting as scratches and dents in the gas tank. Had a couple of kits that had ragged cables (black throttle and clutch cables really in sad shape with tears, exposed metal liner, and rust which prevented easily cable movement etc..).
Do a search and religiously follow my tips for a reliable build. All Stock hardware and mounting hardware including head studs and head nuts are junk and should be replaced...
