Alternative transportation has always appealed to me, but there are always rainy or cloudy days that interrupt solar powered travel.
Any suggestions for adding synched 70cc 2-strokers to my Desert Crawler?

I don't think it would be quite in keeping with the nature of the beast to add a dirty 2 stroke...I'm thinking nitromethane.

Nah, go really crazy. Replace all that solar electric jazz with a bank of fresnel lens covered concentrating collectors (auto-tracking, of course) and use hydrogenated ammonia as your working fluid for a half-scale two cylinder Stanley steamer motor. Do it right, and you can tow the broke down vehicles back to their pads at Burning Man.

Don't know why I didn't consider a sail. If The heat is quietly turned up, maybe my woman won't miss her granny's quilt. Should be colorful.
Been waiting for the right excuse to fire up my still.
Anyone have recipes for hydrogenated ammonia or nitromethane?
