Engine Trouble Bike cuts in and out when clutch is in

Hello,
This problem is occuring when I first turn on the bike. Mainly cold starts.
The engine when not under load so when the clutch is in, cuts in and out when I try throttle it. But it goes very well when clutch is out.
I thought it may be a wiring issue but not sure.

the stock carburetor has an incorrect taper on the needle which means the fuel flow is either incorrect for idle or incorrect for full open throttle, depending on what height you set the needle at. I fixed the problem by putting solder on the lower part of the needle to make the fuel flow area smaller at full open throttle. see http://www.dragonfly75.com/motorbike/jetting.html
