Bike maxed out

Bike is running very well. Not much low end power, but that's to be expected with a 36t.. seems to max speed at 31mph.. figured it should go faster with a 36t. After 31mph rpms steady out quite a bit and go up very slowly. Does this seem like it is right? Using a 62 jet and 1 step down from leanest on pin. This is what I got after much testing.. Any thoughts would be appriciated.

Get a bigger pipe and run some more fuel through it and it'll go faster.

When installed the engine will use more fuel, so you would probably need a 70. But, not everyone has the skills to make that pipe work.

Tried to put on stock pipe but dropped me down to 29.5mph max and slower pickup
