Bike not running.

Ok yeah I didn’t tighten as much because it was difficult to remove. But I’ll tighten it like before. Thank you
 
Here's how to make it easier, pull in the clutch lever and lock it, then turn the flower nut in a few notches then release the lever and test. Repeat till you slide the tire or the engine turns over.
 
The side cover can be left off while doing the test, don't forget to put the lock screw in to keep the flower nut from backing off.
 
Awesome thanks for the tips very much appreciated. I got it running and it sounds great. It bogs when accelerating and gas smoke but probably it the lubricant i put for the cylinder and piston rings.

Now that it's running do several short 2-3 miles runs letting it cool between rides, check the spark plug color, the white porcelain part should be brown. You probably had a air leak that caused the over heating and piston failure.
