Okay first off I have a 80cc motor and I am having problems with it being a little hot I believe after a few minutes of riding it starts to bog down and lose power is this because my gasket on my exhaust is a loose all right not so tight and air is leaking through right there please help I'm new to gas bikes and having problems

The exhaust gasket can be gone, blown completely out and it will still run half decent, just noisier. Try dropping the clip on the carb needle down a notch, here is a picture I stole from xspade.
