Blown Control board, 24v 400 watt.

Electric battery powered scooter.
24v 400 watt.

I took it up a dirt road that was pretty steep.
It blew the fuze. Now it wont do anything, Iv had several issues with the control board and had soldered some caps a few times but this time it looks REALLY dead.
Will any control board work as long as its the same voltage and amps ?

I need a 24v 400 watt Controller for electric scooter.
Do I need one with a throttle? Or cheaper one on ebay?

I took it up a huge hill and cooked the fuse and controller.
Now no lights or anything work.

I bypassed the motor and the motor is 100% working.
