bogging out why ?

why does my engine only bog out going up hills i have tried everything i can think of cleaned out the carb,the exhaust checked all bolts changed the fuel filter even Tyre pressure does anybody have any hints or tips

Adjust the needle valve clip down 1 notch to richen the fuel mixture.

How steep is the hill and whats your weight ? These china dolls 66/80cc motors aren't 80hp.

You might have an incorrect air/fuel mix, or the wrong gear ratio for what you are attempting to tackle. If you are taking on hills with a stock small engine around 50cc or under then don't go under 20:1 gear reduction on a 26" tire. if it's your carb then you need to play with the jet settings. If it has an autoclutch maybe you glazed them. If it's manual maybe it's out of adjustment.
