Bottom Bracket Height

I am in the process of building a custom frame, unfortunately i dont have a fully assembled 'stock' mountain bike to take measurements from

I'm chasing the hieght of the bottom bracket (the one the crank goes onto) from the ground preferably on a 24in size frame/wheeled bike. Alternatively a pedal height from ground when crank is in the very most downward position...thanks in advance chaps...

My 26" mountain bike is 10.5" at it's lowest point on the crankshaft housing and on the peddles is 4"
