Bought a high peformance carb... How do I set it up?

There are plenty of tutorials on youtube of how to install the throttle cable and stuff to the normal carb,

and I can fit the carb with its air filter onto my bike but where on earth do the cables go and how do i get them in?

The ebay seller said its for 66cc and 49cc bicycles (mine 66cc)
