I bought a mini-chopper with the 49cc 2 stroke fake V-twin motor that is missing the forks/handlebars. It's got everything else except the battery including lights/electric starter/disc brakes/front wheel.

I want to re-design it into a board track vintage bike if I can. Ill try to utilize the existing frame core section and change the rake in front and the rear section to accept taller tires. It might be simpler to cut and re-weld to the existing structure instead of finding a different frame to swap all the parts into.

It won't be here til next week and after I have a chance to examine it I may change that thought.... We'll see

Anyone ever done such a Frankenstein job to a mini chopper? At 240# I have no intentions of attempting to ride that little low-rider sucker. I just wanted the parts.:D

I had considered doing something similar with a Cushman, because I detest the small diameter wheels.
It may be easier to restore a Harley Hummer than deal with the frame stretching for me.
