whoa , just changed the inner-tube on my schwinn riverside with bmp kit, and now when riding down the road its as if i have a knot in the tire and riding makes me bounce up and down, its very uncomfortable and causes the spindle to slip half way around the tire, i even completely changed the tire as well, whats going on!, did i change the tire wrong?

Very likely.

You've probably got it inflated with a bit of the edge of the tire outside of the rim.
Bulging, in other words.

You'll want to deflate it and re-seat it right away. You could have a big "pop" and immediate flat at any moment.

BGW's got it. Make sure tire line stays equadistant from the rim as you inflate it. Some tire and rim combinations seem to like to do that. I tried to put a 2.125 tire on a mtn bike rim, and the stupid thing refused to seat. Finally went to a different tire, and it was fine. Of course that was after about 3 tubes slid between the bead and rim very noisily.
