Braking ? With 2 stroke

I have mags wheels on with 2 stroke my thing is rim brakes will ruin my rims anyway to add drum brake on rear. I do have a rear mag wheel sprocket adaptor . Does anyone know what I need to do?

Kinda think ya need to go Disc Brakes.
Drum brake kits that bolt on the side of your wheel hub are not very good.
Drum Brakes are best when the hub is a drum brake hub made for the wheel

You can get a disc brake adapter to run a disc brake and a sprocket.
