Brand new 80cc engine won't start

Please help. I have a brand new 80cc engine on a roadmaster bicycle. After installation, engine ran for one day. Following day the engine would not start. Any ideas? Don't know where to look first. The only thing I did after the bike was not starting was I removed the kill switch but its still not starting. The engine is a Seeutek PK80 80cc Bicycle Engine Kit 2-Stroke

there is a whole list of things to check one by one on this board

I failed to mention. Engine worked on first day then it was sitting outside in the rain for a day. When I tried starting it the day after the rainfall it would not start

first on that list of checks is to see if there is spark - rain kills magneto coils
