Break In Brand new engine wont start!!!!

I mounted everything went to start all i here is the chain moving. I hope its bc my cdi boot is broken, new one will be in tomorrow looking for any advice.

Need more info.....is engine turning over??? if engine not turning over , clutch may need adusting...
