Dave's Discount Motors, Doing Right Thing!
Sometime back I learned here that one could buy high-temp silicon hose from DDM. (They also have lots of muffler type stuff and engines.)
Anyway, I purchased some clear silicone hose to use with the muffler I am assembling, here: http://www.motoredbikes.com/showthread.php?t=7904
Then I learned that the black or blue reinforced hose was better.
So, I returned the unused product, sans receipt, with a note and a $10.00 check for price differences and shipping cost.
I received the new hoses (two), with clamps, and my check.
That is excellent customer service and concern, somewhat rare today.

Click on "on-line store," and "exhaust" for scooters, and check out the engines...lots of stuff.
