Hey there,

Wondering if it will hurt a new Shyhawk 66cc GT5 Slant if I break it in with SBP chamber installed. It's 20:1, and I'll very the speeds from 0-25mph for first few tanks.

Question being, would this not seat the rings in motor properly? ...............Or would it not hurt either way, even with keeping speed down, and varied????

TY............Glen

It won't hurt it. Please consider not using 20:1 oil, that's just too much. 32:1 is all you need and highly recommend Maxima 927 which has a kiss of castor oil in it to provide superior lubricity, high pressure lubrication, high temp protection over anything out there!

Thanks.......

So, I have Amsoil Racing Synthetic, but never tried Maxima 927? I'm really into the synthetic , but I've heard that you should just use regular 2/stroke oil first for break in, then you can switch to synthetic.
