So what would the best way to break in a rebuilt gx160

Take it easy for a few days, then change the oil, you should be good.

How easy is the thing what like dont go over half throttle maybe

Yes don't go past 1/2 throttle and no hill climbing (no load) first oil change after 100 miles
After 250 miles or 10 hrs ride it like ya stole it.
Ya might want to heat cycle your motor first. Let it run for 3-5 min, let it cool off, repeat a few times before ya even ride it

hold the governor wide open, the louder the better!

drain the oil, add a touch of sand and metal shavings into the intake.

once it shut down on its own shes ready to go


(but really, go easy on it and it should be fine)
