Broken bolt stuck far in Moyer mount, help!

The bolts broke on the front part of my mother mount and 1 bolt is broken in half and part of it is still threaded into the actual Moter. How can I get the bolt out ? Also on the other side the threads are stripped, how do I fix it?

To get the broken bolt out, use an EZ Out bolt extractor. Ya might have to heat it up
To fix the striped threads install a Helicoil thread insert.
