Bucking bar length

I put the original short one back in. It was about 23mm long. New one was 28 mm. I can't see how the new longer one could have worked.
Seems to be functional now, but I still need to check the flower nut adjustment and see if the clutch plate is moving out.

i had cluch issues yesterday aswell. See my post for what had happened and what to also look for

I didn't have that problem. I am still using the 23mm original bucking bar with the new actuator lever. Haven't ridden it much
since I messed with it, but it seemed better as far as I can tell. I do know the new bucking bar (28mm long) has a concave end that contacts the
ball bearing. My problem was primarily the wear on the lever that contacts the bucking bar. The clutch would not stay in adjustment.
