Bucking bar problem

after removing sprocket my bucking bar is too long and bucking bar cover dont fit. before changing sprocket everything was good. can you help me!?

One end of the bar is indented. That end goes in first to rest against the ball that should be in there.

That's normal especially if you removed the flower nut and pressure plate from clutch side, you can use the bolts to pull the cover into the case properly by starting with the top right (longer one) then start the other two, this will push the bucking bar in against the preload or setting rather the tension, then readjust your clutch cable accordingly.
