Bucking bar wont push in.

Hi guys, I have a new 48cc engine and my bucking bar wont push in, not at all, not with the clutch arm, not even with the force of my hand pushing it in. It is a brand new engine, can you guys tell me what to do, do I need to take out the whole shaft or what, thanks

this is the kind of thing that needs to be seen - a lot depends on alignment of parts

if you don't have someone in your area that could look and say "hey that doesn't look right" for one of the parts, you might just have to grab the arm with a long tool and try to force it in and hope nothing breaks

I'd first open the clutch cover and see if it all looks OK in there.

Tighten the flower nut on your clutch
