I don't understand what you are talking about.

Please explain. Are you suggesting using machine screws to mate a Grubee cog to a standard freewheel?

I have seen the Grubee HD hub kit that can use a large freewheel mechanism on the left side, which receives 5 hole cogs (36, 44, etc).
 
That is nice, but what LH threaded freewheel is 36t or bigger?
Look at how Staton did it (below,) using a 16T freewheel... He used the sprocket as a 'flange.' Nice means of extending the application of a standard part.
