Building a 4-stroke bicycle

Guys. I noticed that my transmission output shaft moves some white the engine is completely at idle. No throttle opening. It is a very small amount of movement with no chain on out yet, because I don't have the wheel sprocket yet.

Is some movement normal?

It's normal for it to move a bit.

It's just the clutch dragging so slightly on the bell. This will STOP when you get the chain on and the tire is on the ground.

The tire was on the ground, but no chain yet.

Also guys since I have the grubee 4g transmission.

Are their available 11T and 12T output sprockets?

It came with 9T, and 10T sprockets.

Stanton Inc is the only place I know of that make the smaller sprockets that work with a 415 chain which comes in most bike kits. I think the range is 9T to 23T. You'll have to look on this page being aware of your shaft diameter. They have both 1/2 and 5/8 available. Here's the link...........

Thanks for the link. Now I need to figure out what fits my 4g transmission.

Gentlemen. Can someone post the formula for the drive/sprockets for calculating the mph, and torque?
