I'm bored so I'm building a 49cc 2 stroke.... where do I start? What an absolute mess lol after seeing more than 1 no now I'm not sure how ANY of these ever sold or WHY! 1. Transfers. The case doesn't match either cylinder at all lol. The gaskets are almost a completely different shape than any of them! In 1 cylinder the transfers opened almost a full minute apart lol the new one has larger ones that open almost together bit that seems irrelevant because they're so much larger than the case!. 2. Piston and squish. Neither head has a squish at all. Q piston is flat top. While the other has a slight dome. I would get a cnc head but they do not appear to exist lol. 3. Exhaust port is completely misshapen (like an egg laying on the counter or a cam lobe) lol the inner offset to 1 side while the out faces another. 4. Intake port... this one seems fairly normal lol looks like yd100(kinda). 5 cylinder appears sleeved but I'm fairly positive it isn't lol.
APPEARS EVERY PART WAS MADE BY SEPARATE PEOPLE WHO WERENT ALLOWED TO COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER!
absolute train wreck, worse than I could have imagined lol, anybody ever build one? Tips anything?

I ll snap some pics later

I think it would be fun to build a 50cc chainsaw hybrid
Well little buddy there in lies the issue. Typically with saw that small(bore size) they're clam shell design(cylinder and case 1 solid peice joined at crank bearings). See the on in background? Stihl ms290 that I swapped to an ms390... that's is a clamshell. Look it up and learn you today lol

Then some other equipment? I know engines on say post hole diggers have a separate jug design.
