So I've got my friend helping me a little with this one as he sells and buys all sorts of bike parts on the local craigslist.
Here I will document my USSR bike build that in the end I'll put a motor onto.

So, here's what I have:
A green crappily painted frame Model: Ural
A light green ridgid fork with rust on the legs Model: Ural
The back wheel that I spoked myself (with a fixie hub)
The front wheel that i'm spoking right now (the hub was kinda refurbished but it still is crap)
The wheels are both 28", planning to use them with Rubena tires.

I plan to get the steering bearings, pedal assembly, handle bar and a chain from the friend guy by just coming to his garage with the bike and finishing the assembling process.

Okay, so the front wheel is coming along quite awfully, the old soviet spokes are a bit too long and the spoke nipples are worn. Also the wheel is heavy as heck because of the spokes. Going to do something about it...
