Building another 79cc

After finishing a couple 212's one hemi and the Ghost which I only changed flywheel and removed the limiter on, oh and header and Mikuni flat slide carb, ordered minibike frame for it, today, but back to the 79cc My question is can I take my billet flywheel off my other 79cc and lap it to the new motor, don't want to shell out another $165 for another one considering this will be my only bike, selling the Hyper 53 cc with Grubee belt drive.

I have got a extra Tav 30 and I've got the 5/8 to 3/4 sleeve, but how do you go from the converter jackshaft to the rear wheel . the sprockets don't line up . I guess my question is how do you obtain chainline?

This how to establish chain line. Here is what I was talking about if you did not understand my jibberish. just put a sprocket instead of a v-pulley like I did. Couple pics for ya!
