Bumpy ride, seat suspension?

Well basically it's not starting, lol. I got the cylinder machined from the bottom so the timing should still be right. I really don't know. There is spark, compression, fuel, and air..

I may be wrong, but i think machining the bottom of the jug will change timing.

I had a shorter piston thats why i machined the bottom of the jug
