Ive done some searching and found nothing, so I thought I would ask.
when I finish a ride on my bike and am putting it away I think I can smell a burning clutch. but from what I can tell it is adjusted right, when lever is depressed the wheel spins freely, and when I let it out the engine starts right up, there is no slipping that I can tell...
Now I don't have a lot of experience with two strokes, maybe I am just smelling the exhaust since it is a oil/gas mix...or its just whats going to happen with city riding (Ive only gone about 5 blocks with it as my longest trip, but in that 5 blocks is 5 stops/starts) or could I be smelling some sort of packing oil burning off (I didn't see any while putting it together, but there might be a light coat) or is it just something that happens during the break in period?
